Welcome to The Wave Soccer Club Website! The Wave is the Premiere soccer club for Lee's Summit, Mo. The Wave currently has five boys teams ranging from the U8 to high school level and four girls teams ages U13 to U15. With an excellent coaching staff, The Wave is quickly becoming a major competitor in the Kansas City area. With a 10 month Season that consists of fall and spring seasons, there’s plenty of action year around. The Wave puts an emphasis on the needs of the individual players to build the players skills up for the greater good of the team. The WSC currently is scheduled to host the seventh annual Salsa Soccer Tournament. Salsa is one of the Kansas City area's premier spring tournaments. Traditionally the Salsa Tournament attracts 90 to 100 boys and girls teams. Local and regional teams are invited and past participation includes teams from central Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and local Kansas City teams. Age brackets range from U10 to high school level. Salsa Soccer Tournament provides custom medals and trophies to the first and second place teams and a custom made tournament patch to every participant. Every championship game is proceeded by a World Cup-style team walk on and National Anthem presentation.
